1. Report cards will now be distributed on Wednesday, February 5. We will go back to homebases by announcement starting at 1:48. After that, please hold your students until we release by announcement as we normally do. Homebase teachers, please identify and celebrate your All A and Honor Roll (all A's and B's) students in your classrooms. Encore teachers, you will supervise the dismissal. Supervisory assignments have been sent out to the Encore staff.
2. The PTSA Chicken Pie fundraiser is now completed. Orders were due yesterday and the pies will be available for pickup on Friday, January 31, from 2-6pm.
3. AG money has arrived for materials to serve our students in the AG LA classrooms. LA teachers: Please discuss possible materials you would like to put on your "wish list" - please let me know what you would like to have by the end of January.
4. The Rising 6th Grade Open House has been scheduled for Monday, February 10, from 6-7:30pm. This is a required event for 6th grade and Encore staff. This event will count as your one night event for the second semester. During this time, 5th grade families from several elementary schools will have an opportunity to visit, meet some staff members, and tour the building. The snow date for this event is Thursday, February 13.
5. We have several staff members who have recently updated their CPR certification. Just so all staff are aware, here are our certified members: Stalter, John Watson, Davis-King, Halverstadt, Hatch, R.Holmes, Pizzino, and Reynolds. In addition, Officer Brown keeps his CPR certification current.
